Who we are
Usudo LTD is a UK-based web studio. Our website address is usudo.uk.

What data we collect (spoiler: almost nothing)
We don't use analytics. We don't use tracking pixels. We don't have Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any of that surveillance nonsense.

If you contact us via email or our contact form, we'll have whatever information you choose to share with us—typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. We keep this solely to respond to your enquiry and maintain our business relationship.

Cookies (the good kind)
Here's our radical approach to cookies: we barely use them.

At most, we might store one or two cookies on your device to remember your preferences—like if you've inverted the site colors or disabled mouse effects. That's it. No tracking, no third-party cookies, no advertising networks. Just a simple preference cookie that makes your browsing experience better.

You can disable cookies entirely in your browser settings if you want. The site will still work fine, you'll just need to set your preferences again each visit.

Where we send your data
Nowhere. We don't share, sell, or trade your information with anyone. If you email us, that conversation stays between us (and whatever email provider you use).

How long we keep your data
If you've contacted us, we'll keep your correspondence for as long as it's relevant to our business relationship. If you want us to delete your information, just ask.

Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us. We'll sort it out.

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. We won't make it worse though—we're already at near-zero data collection.
